STP | Excellence
After graduating from Saint Anselm College, I got right into sales and realized it was the ideal career for me. Then, in the summer of 1996, I joined a Boston area consulting firm that would eventually become an Inc. 500 organization. Working alongside some of the best in the business, I was able to take advantage of multiple promotions eventually becoming the Vice President of Sales. In this role, I helped start a new line of business which over the next few years grew into a highly profitable $30 million division. Upon my departure after more than a decade, this group was a high functioning, four team business unit. As the Vice President of Sales, I was able to gain the necessary knowledge of what it took to build and lead a strong sales organization.
My passion for sales, sales management and staffing led me to launch a search firm focused exclusively on sales – Merrimack Valley Consulting, now Sales Talent Partners (STP). At STP, we believe treating people right is the only way to go. Dealing with peoples careers and companies future employees is not something we take lightly. We are not trying to “make a placement” – but rather we are advisors to our candidates and clients. Our integrity and reputation for quality have been cornerstones to our growth – and that will not change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 kids. I am a huge fan of Boston sports and also enjoy running, fishing and playing both golf and ice hockey. I like to coach youth sports and contribute / volunteer with a number of organizations I feel strongly about.
Thank you for working with STP!

I graduated from Roger Williams University (RWU) in 2008, from the Gabelli School of Business with a Bachelor's in Management. I was on the Women's Soccer Team at RWU, 2-year Captain, and also active on campus (SAAC Member & PEER Leader). After a sales/marketing internship at AutomatedQA my senior year, I joined the team full time in a sales capacity as the companies first Maintenance Renewal Sales person. The mentorship I received, the skills that I learned, and relationships that I built, have been instrumental to the rest of my professional career.
A twist of fate and crazy timing in 2012 led me to Chris’ doorstep (actually it was Bruegger’s Bagel in Andover), for a networking meeting with me as a potential candidate. After hearing his passion (and pitch) for the staffing industry, combined with his plans for the future growth of MVC, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. Whether he was ready for it or not, I was 100% committed to joining and being his first employee. Every day at STP brings along a new challenge and dynamic. I am fortunate to be able to represent the best in the business (clients and candidates alike), and to be part of a team that fosters a work environment that pushes me to my limits (while having fun, too!).
I live in Lynnfield with my husband Jordan and our 2-year old golden retriever, Charlie. In addition to spending time with family and friends, I still enjoy playing soccer and running, as well as DIY home remodel projects. Additionally, I am a proud supporter of Tyler's Hope for a Dystonia Cure- a family started/run charity for Dystonia Research.
If you are a sales person, active or passive in the market, I’d love the opportunity to speak with you about your background and future goals. I look forward to connecting

I graduated from UMass Dartmouth (Go Corsairs!) in May 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Shortly after graduating, and realizing social work wasn't my cup of tea, I started my recruiting career as a Technical Recruiter with a company based out of Wakefield, MA. After 2 years of tech recruiting, I made the move to Merrimack Valley Consulting, now Sales Talent Partners (STP). Now, I can proudly say I have been a member of Team STP since April 2013! One of the things I like most about STP (besides my awesome coworkers) is that we really take the time to learn about YOU and your ideal situation. We want to make sure we're finding you exactly what you're looking for in a job because when you're happy, we're happy!
When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, spending Sunday's with my ginormous family, and last but certainly not least, being a mom to my English Bulldog, Louie! Now that you've learned a little about me, I'd love to learn about you and your career goals.
My interest in sales and or selling dates back to when I sold food and drinks during my time at Holy Name High School and at Westfield State College! Upon graduation I decided to direct my efforts towards an organization that would provide unlimited earning potential, career advancement and ultimate job satisfaction. As such, my professional career in sales was launched. Most of my selling roles were in the tech-sector, with companies such as Telco, US DataCenters and then Conversent Communications. Fortunately, each opportunity proved to be rewarding both personally and professionally.
Throughout my career I was fortunate to work with many fantastic people. The experiences and opportunity to learn from skilled sales executives and managers has proven to be invaluable. Their tutelage and leadership were key components in my success. One of these mentors was Chris Patten. As I was considering my next move, Chris and I reconnected and through our conversations we realized the best move for both of us was to work together again. Considering his background and approach with sales are aligned with mine, a natural fit existed. Those who know him well, witness and appreciate his moral and ethical qualities. The STP team mirrors his traits and displays them daily for clients and candidates. Like my co-workers at STP, I enjoy helping people find their next rewarding career. As for our clients, it is mission critical that we fulfill their needs, beyond expectation.
On a personal front, I am married with three children and have a black lab named Stanley. We enjoy hockey, dance, gymnastics, baseball, lacrosse, tennis and golf. Yes, athletics is a fun part of our lives!
If you are interested in exploring any immediate or future career opportunities, please reach out to me. I welcome the chance to work on your behalf.
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2010 with bachelor degrees in both Marketing and Management. After graduation I started my career as an account manager at a company based out of Beverly, MA where I recruited and found positions for engineers in the software and hardware field. After almost 3 years, I moved to a company based out of Boston, MA providing electronic components to companies such as Dell and HP. While working in Boston, a former colleague of mine introduced me to Chris and got me thinking about how much I missed being in the staffing industry. After meeting Chris I knew that Merrimack Valley Consulting, now Sales Talent Partners (STP) was something that I wanted to be a part of. At STP, we really take pride in learning about who we work with and want to help you with your needs.
I currently live in Salisbury, MA with my wife, our new child and our two dogs. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, playing basketball, hiking and watching Boston sports.
If you’re interested in any immediate or future opportunities, I’d love to speak with you about your goals.
I graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Justice and Law Administration because at an earlier age, my career aspiration was to become a lawyer. After successfully completing 2 years of law school I realized that Law was not the career path I wanted to go down. I had always been intrigued by sales and recruiting, and after doing my due diligence, I have landed at a company and in a role where I get the best of both worlds!
I currently live in Husdon, NH with my husband Brett and our two kittens. When I am not working I enjoy traveling to the Caribbean, watching movies, spending time with my family in Connecticut and being outdoors.
If you or someone you know is interested in a new sales role I would love to speak with you about your ideal situation and future career goals.
